Chris Jordan — President and Co-Founder

Chris Jordan

Chris Jordan is responsible for the overall operations of iOLAP, ensuring that the company operates profitably and efficiently. He also has extensive expertise in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing and Data Integration technologies. Together with iOLAP co-founder, Doug Slemmer, Chris has steered the company’s service methodologies and offerings to its strong focus on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Big Data. Prior to starting iOLAP, Chris had a successful career as a Business Intelligence consultant, and has extensive experience in large-scale Data Warehousing development and technologies. Chris earned a BBA in finance and management from Florida Atlantic University.

Don Mettica — Senior Vice President Business Analytics and Big Data

Don Mettica

Don Mettica is a Senior Vice President of Business Analytics and Big Data at iOLAP with over 20 years of data and analytics professional services experience. Don is responsible for providing thought leadership and developing the go to market strategy for the Big Data and Analytics Consulting Practice. Don brings significant experience in leading and developing strong analytics consulting teams. Prior to joining iOLAP, Don was the Global SAP HANA and Analytics Leader at InfoSys consulting. Prior to InfoSys, Don was a Senior Partner and SAP Analytics Practice Leader at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Craig Rich — Senior Vice President Business Analytics and Innovation

Craig Rich

Craig Rich is a Senior Vice President of Business Analytics and Innovation at iOLAP responsible for providing leadership and continued growth in iOLAP's Big Data and Analytics Consulting Practice. Craig is a strong leader with over 20 years of professional services experience in data and analytics. Craig's focus will be to bring new innovative technology and capabilities to our clients to help them utilize data more effectively, enabling new business outcomes and results for our clients. Prior to iOLAP, Craig spent 19 successful years at IBM and PwC in their Business Analytics Practice. At IBM, Craig was a Vice President and Partner responsible for leading the Business Analytics Consulting Practice for the IBM NA SAP Service Area.

Mark Steen — Managing Partner

Mark Steen

Mark Steen has over 20 years of IT and management experience, including more than 15 years specializing in the design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions. Mark’s work experiences include DBA, developer, technical architect, project lead and corporate director. Mark brings expertise to every stage of a project including requirements gathering, data architecture, database design, ETL, and front-end implementation. Mark has demonstrated abilities for understanding and explaining issues from business as well as technical perspectives. Prior to joining iOLAP, Mark held senior positions at various technology and corporate environments, including a Managing Consultant at MicroStrategy and a Director of Information Architecture for a major bank. While at iOLAP, Mark has worked with Waste Management Systems, Autotrader.com, Bank of America, AT&T Wireless, Ryder Systems, DFW Airport and others.

Mike Devenny — Managing Partner

Mike Devenny

Mike Devenny started with iOLAP in 2004, when he was hired to build its Data Integration practice. He started his technology career after graduating from the University of West Florida in 1998 with a degree in Computer Science. Since then Mike has primarily focused his experience on data integration systems and platforms within numerous industry verticals (Retail, Grocery, Healthcare, Travel, Real Estate, Banking, Telecom, Education and US Government). Prior to joining iOLAP, he was an independent consultant. Mike’s work with iOLAP has allowed him to work in various roles including: ETL architect, technical project lead, data architect and offshore/onshore liaison. The majority of his Data Integration career has been focused on InfoSphere DataStage (IBM), Informatica and Talend. His database expertise includes Netezza, Teradata, Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.

Nick Larsen — Managing Partner

Nick Larsen

Nick Larsen joined iOLAP in 2005 and has extensive experience in designing, developing and managing large-scale Business Intelligence and Systems Integration projects. His technical experience includes data modeling, technical architecture, data architecture, project management, and system integration. He has worked with multiple BI platforms including MicroStrategy, SAP BusinessObjects, Cognos, OBIEE, YellowfinBI, Domo, and Tableau. Nick’s database expertise includes Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata and Amazon Redshift. Nick received his BS in Business Computer Information Systems at the University of North Texas in 2004.

Chris McCool — Director of Business Development

Chris McCool

Chris McCool is a performance-driven sales executive with over 16 years of professional experience. While leading iOLAP’s sales efforts for the past 8 years, Chris has been responsible for all corporate sales functions including key account penetration and management, customer relationship development and price and contract negotiations. During his tenure at iOLAP, Chris has successfully negotiated consulting partnerships with many companies of the Fortune 500. Chris’ commitment and dedication to the success of iOLAP’s clients have been great contributors to the overall growth and success of iOLAP. Prior to joining iOLAP, Chris served as a consultant and provided technical services to customers in the Federal/Government sector. Chris is a graduate of The Florida State University and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with minors in Mathematics and Chemistry.
